Job Summary:
RVA Graphics & Wraps is searching for an experienced Window Tint Installer to join our team! The Window Tint Installer will have the opportunity to affect every aspect of the business from design and hands on application to administrative tasks ensuring the office is operating at peak efficiency. This role will be empowered to assist leadership in the quoting, material selection, and production decisions centered around window tint.
Job Responsibilities:
Preps vehicles and materials for window tint installations.
Applies window tint to vehicles minimizing excessive waste in material.
Exhibits a high attention to detail while installing tint product.
Interacts with Internal and External customers to provide superior customer service and accomplishes tasks in an efficient manner.
Installs printed designs on Vehicles, Signs, Banners, Etc.
Assists in the completion of administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Verifiable experience installing window tint in a professional environment is required.
Training or Certifications preferred: 3M or similar
Job Requirements:
Must have a high attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and target dates.
Positive "can do" attitude toward teamwork and helping customers.
Desire to receive addition training/education when opportunities arise.
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
