3rd-shift operates four nights per week, Mon - Thurs starting at 8:30 PM. (Your standard work week ends on Fri 7AM.)

Coworkers must be flexible and available to work overtime as requested or per business demand.

Skilled Welders/Fabricators start at $20/hr and up. Shift premium for 3rd shift is 25% of your base salary!

Welders/Fabricators are responsible for performing various fitting, layout, welding, finishing, grinding and related operations to assemble and fabricate various structural steel units, including bridges and other building products.

Our next team member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required. High school, CTC, or post-secondary coursework or degree in welding/fabrication highly preferred.
Demonstrated welding experience, including Stick, MIG, and/or Submerged Arc highly preferred.
The ability to work from blueprints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments desired.
Must be able to pass the required welding certification test.
Strong attendance and safety record.
