As a Welder, you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.

Carry out high-quality welding
As a Welder, you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.
As a Welder, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide support for welding activities
- Performing visual and in-process inspections to ensure API and ISO quality specifications are met
- Providing support and guidance to your team to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve welding problems and identify improvements
- Supporting your teams objectives through mentoring and training colleagues
- Taking part in welding tests and further qualifications to ensure compliance and career development

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Be able to show experience of manual TIG
- Show some experience with SMAW & GMAW welding procedures
- Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude to new ideas, excellent communication skills and be willing to work flexibly
