Job Overview
The Willows Premier Retirement Community for Active Adults at Worcester is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform Routine Maintenance work in apartments and around Retirement Community. Weekend hours 12p-8p
COVID 19 Considerations: In compliance with DPH regulations, all staff must be fully vaccinated & boosted (2 booster doses) against COVID-19
Responsibilities:
Follows preventative maintenance programs.
Performs Household Maintenance with light electrical and plumbing
Daily upkeep of interior and exterior of campus
Follows safety regulations and practices
Maintains proper security of buildings
Requirements:
Basic home improvement skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast past environment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
