Job Description/Responsibilities

The Concierge must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

- Assist and Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors into the building

- Monitor Cameras

- Manage the freight elevators, garage door closures, and driveway closures

- Assist with Lock Outs

- Accept Deliveries

- Maintain Lobbies and Fitness Room - Empty Trash as Needed and Restock Gym Towels

- Maintain Grounds - trash pickup of driveways, sidewalks, yards, and terrace.

Education/Qualification
High School Diploma or GED Required

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Required
