POSITION SUMMARY
Water Purification Representatives are responsible for prospecting and generating new residential/commercial leads. This position requires prospecting for residential/commercial accounts in the field to generate new leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products
+ Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new leads
+ Manage assigned book of business (existing customers)
+ Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions
+ Meet or exceed lead goals
+ Manage assigned company-generated leads through to completion
+ Complete scheduled and in person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision makers
+ Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and agreements to key decision makers
+ Utilize technology for scheduling, pipeline reporting, developing prospective customer profiles and documenting all activities (including agreement execution via DocuSign)
+ Develop and maintain a working knowledge of local residences/businesses
+ Communicate weekly with Region Sales Manager on activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers as reflected in our systems
+ Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Track record of success.
+ Strong general computer and Office suite skills
+ Prior experience within CRM's is preferred, but not required (We provide an extensive training curriculum to support this functionality)
+ Previous in person customer service/sales experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be organized with good time management skills
+ Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and conversation skills
+ Desire to launch a career in business-to-business & business-to-consumer sales
+ Must be self-motivated and able to work in teams to meet or exceed lead goals
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
+ Must be able to pass pre-employment tests, including background check

+ Competitive uncapped commission (First year water purification reps generally make $60-80k annually) + Monthly/Quarterly bonuses + $2000 for training + Large protected territories
