We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support Carollo's vision of becoming the best water consulting firm in the United States. As part of our team, you will work on projects related to municipal water and wastewater systems, including but not limited to planning and analyses of pump station and pipeline infrastructure, hydraulic modeling, and system master planning. Responsibilities Engineering work and hydraulic modeling of water distribution, reclaimed water distribution, and wastewater collection systems Participate in master planning and asset management projects Preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables Data entry and analysis Cost estimates for various water and wastewater master planning projects Permitting and alternative analysis Field activities and investigations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Application of engineering principles in the area of hydraulics Proficient in MS Word and Excel Work well in a team environment Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting Attention to detail, with ability to understand concepts as part of a larger whole Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of directly-relevant experience in water and/or wastewater engineering Engineer-in-Training Certification Experience with ArcGIS and hydraulic modeling software packages such as WaterGEMS, SewerGems, InfoWater, or others Other Compensation and Benefits Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
