Support inbound calls for live food orders for Merchants & Customers while maintaining 5 star customer service.

Develop an extensive expertise in how we use processes & system to promote positive outcomes.

Go above & beyond to create the best possible outcome for our customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat, but open to customer facing experience as well.
• You have strong written & verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling & punctuation within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system such as SalesForce.
• You are a strategic-thinker that loves to explore new opportunities & process improvements.
• You are in a commutable distance to our Tempe, AZ facility.

Schedule:

must be available Mon-Sun 5 AM - midnight (8 hour shifts in between these hours)
