Volt is immediately hiring a VIP Customer Service Representative / Vehicle Concierge for an immediate opportunity with a top automotive manufacturer.

As a VIP Customer Service Representative / Vehicle Concierge your duties will include:
Anticipate VIP needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
Coordinate various VIP vehicle requests and make arrangements to transport them to various locations, including out-of-state.
Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
Greet VIPs warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
Receive and hand deliver Vehicle Administration documentation to the VIPs office/home
Ensure that VIP assigned parking spaces are cleared of any occupants. Anticipate and coordinate additional assigned parking for them when they are evaluating other vehicles.
Act as a liaison between VIPs and any department necessary including the Facilities, Security, Human Resources, Legal, National Service Garage (NSG), etc.
Maintain VIP vehicles, including washing, fueling, registration renewal stickers, toll road transponders, insurance cards, relocating personal items from one vehicle to another, assist with luggage, etc.
Develop and utilize various ad hoc reports to monitor, control, track and resolve accuracy/time sensitive issues at NHQ.
Process VIP vehicles through the NSG for necessary routine maintenance and service inspections.
Manage all company vehicle accident communication with the VIP, including, but not limited to, processing accident reports, vehicle coordination, payment, repairs, investigating and survey damage.
Support the Manager, Vehicle Administration with various special VIP requests, such as, but not limited to airport pick-up/delivery.
During down time, will manage the Tolls/Citations tasks for all Vehicle Administration customers
During down time, will assist with vehicle car prep for Leases, Department Cars, Pool Cars, etc.
Back-up support to the Associate, Affiliate Leases (i.e. vacation, sick, etc)
As a VIP Customer Service Representative / Vehicle Concierge you must meet the following requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Min of 1 - 2 years of hospitality or customer service related experience
Basic to intermediate proficiency using MS Office
Clean driving record as you will be driving company vehicles at times
Pay is $25-26/hr. Hours are M-F from 8am - 5pm. Position is experienced to last up to 12 months with potential to go longer but offers a foot in the door of a top organization known to hire on our talent. Position requires that you do work onsite.
