Job Overview
The Ark Animal Clinic is family owned and operated since 1984. We are a fast past and continuously growing clinic. We offer a variety of high quality veterinary hospital services including boarding and grooming.
Customer service specialist are on the front line of the day to day operations. Qualified candidates must be willing to go above and beyond to make the client and pet feel comfortable, safe and welcome.
We are seeking highly skilled, motivated, outgoing, friendly individuals to join our team.
Day to day task will include but are not limited to:
Handling multi-line phone calls
Scheduling patient visits
Checking patients in/out
Maintaining a clean and professional work space
Record auditing with attention to detail
This position can be made available for both full and part time with possible job sharing opportunities after training is complete. Shifts can be 6,8,10 and 12 hours. Overtime maybe required on occasion.
Our operation hours are Monday to Tuesday 7am-7pm. Closed Wednesdays, Thursday- Friday 7am -7pm Every other Saturday 7am-3pm. Closed Sundays.
