Era Living is seeking a part-time Valet to become the newest member of our Life Enrichment team located in our Aljoya Thornton Place Community, Seattle, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Valet will be responsible for providing customer service focused valet parking for residents and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides valet parking to safely and efficiently move resident and guest vehicles to a designated parking location, assists with loading and unloading packages and groceries from vehicles when needed
• Maintains schedule for cars needed outside of valet operation hours
• Keeps parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized
• Maintains organization of valet key box, making sure that it is secured at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiar and compliant with all Department of Transportation requirements for operating a motor vehicle
• Ability to use basic computer and use Outlook and email
• Ability to use good interpersonal skills when interacting with Residents, family members, visitors and co-workers
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
• Must comply with the Washington State COVID-19 vaccination requirement for healthcare workers

Education and Experience:

• Have at least three (3) years of Acceptable driving history using the Company Standards for Driving Abstracts
• Valid Washington State Driver's License
• Experience as a valet preferred
