Responsibilities:
Utility Technician has the following responsibilities and duties:
Submission of pre or post installation applications to various utility companies
Proactive communication with customers and utility companies through various channels (phone, email, text)
Management of timelines from submission to approval with various utility companies
Interdepartmental communication and collaboration to resolve problems
Qualifications:
Utility Technician should have the following skills, education and experience:
Time management
Attention to detail
Team player
Goal oriented
Customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
