- Ability to prep for next job while running machine and understands how to eliminate downtime
- Experience inspecting part dimensions
- Ability to optimize machine performance by adjusting machine variables
- Positive attitude, willing to support where needed and communicates effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Skills typically acquired through 2-3 years related machining experience.
