What Does the Entry Level Maintenance Worker Do
Cleaning HVAC systems
Firewall servicing
Fire damper testing
Construct Dust Control Barriers (ICRA) with Visqueen and/or Coroplast sheets
Removal of water and mold damaged building materials
Treatment and removal of mold growth of residential and commercial buildings
What we hope to see from candidates:
Experienced in related mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing or HVAC
Hard working, dependable, and responsible
Able to work independently
Willing to work the night shift from approx. 8pm - 5am
Have reliable transportation
Pass a complete background check
Requires local travel within assigned region
Extensive driving may be required
Physical Requirements:
Carrying/Lifting: Lifting up to 60 lbs
Standing: Maximum Standing
Sitting: Minimal
Walking: Maximum Walking
Crawling Maximum crawling
Repetitive Motion: Use of tools
Visual Acuity: Able to use Respirator without obstruction able view with or without corrective devices
