We are currently seeking Experienced Licensed Plumbers, interested in traveling, to join our team.
Traveling Journeyman and Master Plumber Summary:
Traveling Plumbers lead jobs, crews, and projects. Licensed plumbers at Kimbel Mechanical Systems work primarily in new residential and commercial construction. Journeyman and Master Plumbers must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the plumbing field.
Journeyman and Master Plumber Qualifications:
This is a traveling position. Candidates must be able to travel between Kansas City and St. Louis, MO, and be present on site.
Must be able to read blueprints, take supervision and/or contractor instruction, and complete quality control sheets.
Must be able to make decisions on the job site without disruption to the business or to work and job quality.
4+ years of Plumbing installation experience is preferred
Must have a valid Journeyman or Master's license or ability to test immediately in respective jurisdictions.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
High School Diploma or GED

Journeyman and Master Plumber Responsibilities:
Journeyman and Master Plumbers install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes.
Journeyman and Master Plumbers perform necessary tasks on all phases of plumbing by relying on experience and knowledge.
Journeyman and Master Plumbers identify plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action.
