Description:

We are seeking a traveling construction manager to join our team and provide on site support for our commercial and residential remodel projects. Our project sites range from Virginia to Maine and the construction manager will need to travel to these out-of-state sites from Monday-Thursday during the week. We specialize in retail fit-outs and food service, office renovations, industrial renovations, historic renovations and building renovations. The typical job duties will involve providing site supervision and assistance to crew members both direct reports and subcontractors and providing updates to the Project Management team.

Travel Schedule:

Out of state Monday - Thursday with admin days on Friday. Home every weekend. Typically you will be in one area during the week, not traveling state to state each day. Most Fridays are early outs where you will be out of office by 3-4pm

Pay Details:

Our hourly rate is $28-$30 based on experience with OT at 1.5x hourly rate

Hourly paid drive time

Company books and pays for all hotels and traveling expenses

Company truck provided

$280/week in per diem

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in residential and/or commercial construction

Carpentry experience

Ideally 5+ years in the construction industry
