Job Overview

As a Bison Technician, you will enjoy working in a clean, innovative and professional team-oriented shop. We are devoted to your career advancement as a skilled technician and support national tractor and trailer apprentice certification programs. All our technicians are enrolled in the Technician Safety Award Program, providing awards and recognition for safety.
As a Transport Reefer Technician, you will be responsible for the company's performance in terms of efficient, effective, and timely maintenance/repairs on the Bison trailer fleet. You will be expected to be a team-player in the Maintenance Department. Must be able to perform Preventative Maintenance checks, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and effectively communicate these to other members of the Maintenance Team.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in reefer diagnosis & repairs is mandatory
Ozone Depletion Certificate would be an asset
Experience using computers to enter work orders
Good communication skills with a professional attitude
Hold a valid Driver's License
Technician Pay and Hours:
$30 - 35 per hour, pay will vary based on experience
This position is a permanent full-time weekend shift. Friday - Sunday 06:00 - 18:00 (36hrs worked with 40hr top up a week)!
