Job Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Works across all department to support and lead development of lean manufacturing initiatives and collaborate with Operations to drive for continuous improvement relative to training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Facilitate training content to employees and train and mentor team member on lean practices
Work with team members, support departments and Team Leaders to ensure training is complete and thorough
Participate/Lead New Hire training to new team members
Maintain existing training documents and materials
Maintain training documentation and assure that all required training is complete and recorded for each employee
Any other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, college course work preferred
Educated in the general principles and practices of the boat manufacturing environment
5S knowledge
Problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
