Premier Marine is a leading pontoon boat builder currently located in Wyoming, Minnesota. We are opening a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Big Lake, Minnesota and will be relocating in summer of 2022.

We've built a world class team and are looking for self-motivated individuals who understand the value of a strong work ethic, teamwork, and integrity in the workplace.

We are growing and need your help building boats. The welder is critical to our success. The position requires aluminum TIG welding with opportunities to grow your skills and abilities.

These positions are 1st shift Monday-Friday with overtime available. Rate of pay starting at $21.00-$26.00/hour based on welding experience, education, and proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Welding of high-performance tubes

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Must have Aluminum TIG Welding experience
• Weld Test Required
• Steel toe shoes are required
• 50 pound lifting
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Willingness to work in team environment a must
• Must pass a background check
