Schedule Requirements/Commitment:

Attend an orientation
Attend a system set-up meeting
Attend a 3 day or weekend accelerated virtual training
Day Training - 8am-12pm - Monday - Wednesday
Mid Training - 1pm-5pm - Monday - Wednesday
Night Training - 6pm-10pm - Monday Wednesday
Accelerated Weekend Training 12pm-6pm - Saturday & Sunday
Hours are not guaranteed until peak volume begins, will be minimal until needed
This is a temporary position for the holiday season. We have a variety of shifts available.

Pay/Bonus Structure:

Rate of Pay - $15/hour

Project Completion Bonus - You will be eligible for a project completion bonus ranging from $300 to $500 based on peak season attendance (peak season is from November 26th through December 31 st .)
You will have the opportunity to earn extra incentives based on performance and operational metrics.

Essential Job Duties Include:

Answers incoming calls, places outgoing sales calls to active customers and accurately takes all order information
Answers questions regarding Omaha Steaks products and services or directs customer calls as needed
Recommends add-ons/upgrades to every customer who places an order
Uses established sales and service techniques to maximize every over and ensure customer satisfaction

Computer Requirements:

Must have your own PC
Must be less than 6 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
Must have high-speed internet service (5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload)â
Must be hard-wired while working (you can work from a laptop but Wi-Fi/Wireless are not supported)
An approved headset will be required
Must have computer and virus protection
Must have anti-virus installed and up-to-date (Windows 10 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
