is looking for a driven, compassionate and knowledge-hungry individual to join our Acquisition Sales Team to assist with land and residential property acquisitions in the Central Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona markets. A successful candidate will be able to complete sales transactions while providing superb customer service. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently and has a passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

The ideal candidates will have outbound sales experience. They thrive in an environment where most of the duties involve calls, texts, and email communication. To repeat, this is a heavy outbound call/text/email role.
Also, you must prefer a role where your tasks are repetitive - doing the same thing over and over. So, structure and monotony of tasks must excite you.
The ideal candidates must possess a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy. You will be communicating with distressed land and home sellers. We are their solution. And often their emotional state can get the best of them. The ideal candidates should understand how to navigate such situations when they arise - should embody the Golden Rule.
Like most Telemarketing/Lead Generation roles, "No's" get you one step closer to a "Yes." The ideal candidates must have a "stop at nothing" attitude, as it is likely you will hear 1000 "No's" before hearing a "Yes."
A desire to learn about real estate investing is a welcomed plus.
_ What You Will Do: _
Respond to inbound lead inquiries
Outbound lead generate via call/text/email from provided seller lead lists
Schedule site visit appointments for the Head of Sales in each region
Evaluate opportunities and make recommendations as to best investment strategy
Explain how the company's services meet various customer needs
Negotiate sale price with seller clients
Research and verify property details - zoning, restrictions, utilities, etc
Run Comparative Analysis to determine accurate acquisition price
Administrative - complete purchase contracts
