Job Overview
Telecommunications Technicians wanted.
Valor is looking to add to our workforce. We are looking to hire hard-working individuals ranging from experienced foreman, tower top hands, tower tech ones and twos to that green hand with drive to learn the wireless industry. The ideal candidates should have some experience in one or more of the following; construction, cable tv tech, satellite tv installer, cell tower installer, small cell installer, DAS installer, structured wiring, electrical, low voltage.
Individuals report each day to our office in North Phoenix and from there will ride with our crews to the construction site in a company vehicle. Daily activities include but are not limited to, working at heights using an areal lift platform or by climbing a tower while following all OSHA Customer and Company Safety policies. Installing antennas, radios, DC power lines, grounding and RF cabling. Duties will also include other tasks such as digging for conduit and poles, decommissioning lines, antennas, radios, cleaning up sites and picking up construction trash, equipment testing, line and fiber testing, trouble shooting, taking photos of daily activities as well as close out photos for our customers.
We currently have work for all three major cell phone carriers as well as local and federal government agencies. Sites are located throughout the desert southwest and there will be travel. We also have intown work.
We offer paid vacation, paid holidays, cell phone allowance, boot reimbursement, paid training, and all safety PPE required to perform job safely.
Interested in individuals with NWSA certs, OSHA 10 and 30, other industry certs are helpful but we will provide training.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
