Primary Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic and repairs on heavy construction equipment
- Works efficiently to do a good job in a minimum amount of time
- Completes all paperwork and reporting; insures all paperwork is submitted within the allowed timeframes, and with complete information
- Inspects equipment and reports to Manager and /or Customer when additional repairs are required, preventing possible customer dissatisfaction and increasing Service Department revenue opportunities
- Assist team members or Managers as needed
- Observes the company's safety standards in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.
- Develops and maintains relationships with current customers.
- Be proactive and assist in the process to solve any customer problem or situation.
- All other duties related to the position and other requested by supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications
- Enrolled in a post secondary school to get certification in Diesel mechanics or other heavy equipment machinery
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Work with the service team to manage work orders and make sure work is completed in a timely fashion.
- Be able to communicate with customers about issues and timelines regarding equipment.
- Competitive salary.
- Full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship program and will be required to work with EquipmentShare for 3 years post apprenticeship.

- Original Equipment Manufacturer Training (OEM).
