Location: Industry, CA

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00

Position Summary:

Leading manufacturer of Tankless Electric Water Heaters seeking a self- starter for a Technical Support position. The primary role of this position is to provide quality technical support and service for customers. Customers include, engineers, architects, manufacturer representatives, wholesalers, contractors and end-users.

Essential Job Duties:
To provide proactive technical support for customers requiring assistance on company products, via telephone calls and emails.
Assisting with product inquiries to insure correct sizing and specifications on applications of company products.
Troubleshooting of company products, offering technical assistance, warranty assistance and solutions to customer needs, including warranty replacement, product returns and evaluations.
Responsible for documentation to support these tasks.
Researching competitor's products as well as the ability to apply that knowledge to offer comparable crosses of company products for customers.

Requirements:
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) SAP is a plus
Strong phone, written and oral communication skills
Motivated team player
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
Documentation skills/CRM
Plumbing Industry knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
