The Technical Support Specialist is an important team member within the service department. This position's primary role is to provide expert technical advice to service department technicians and help troubleshoot our customer's machine issues to help improve reliability and serviceability of HAS supported equipment. They will also contribute to the content of the service information and solutions within the HAS service group.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or related degree preferred.
2+ years of work experience in customer support related positions. Dealership experience (service, parts, or precision). Technical writing skills.
Technology/Equipment: 2+ years of mechanical experience related to diagnostics of mobile electrical (12- or 24- volt DC) and hydraulic system
This is a remote position that will require some travel to our Great Bend, Kansas facility.
