The IT Support team is looking to add an enthusiastic, empathetic, and driven individual to help scale our team to new heights! Our team is nested in our Corporate Services department, which consists of close-knit, passionate, and knowledge-thirsty members from a variety of backgrounds, that are tasked with guaranteeing a flawless technology experience for our fellow Streamers.

Responsibilities:

Under indirect supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs; end user systems, conferencing AV equipment and VOIP phones. Provides support on-site to end users. Find fixes, workarounds and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exceptional customer service. Must be technically capable and an initiator. May be required to travel to other locations when needed to assist end users, may work nights, and weekends. Provide direction and support to level 1 support technicians.

  • Install and configure hardware and software

  • Record, Track and, document service desk problem solving procedures including actions taken through completion

  • Respond in timely manner to requests or incidents

  • Repair or replace equipment as needed

  • Provide onsite support to end users

  • Setup up and mail workstations for new hires, and consultants

  • Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings

  • Assist in new hire IT training for basic IT requirements of end users

  • Ability to work in Active Directory

  • High Attention to Detail

  • Heavy end user support of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Heavy end user support of Google apps (Drive, Docs)

  • Troubleshoot VOIP phones

  • Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software

  • Ability and willingness to work in high pressure environment

  • Customer service mentality

  • Understanding of cloud management: Azure, endpoint manager

  • Possibly able to lift 50 lbs when needed

  • Experience with MS Office applications

  • Experience with Google apps. Google Drive etc

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP

  • Basic understanding of MDM tools: JAMF, Microsoft End

  • A+ certified or previous Associates degree

  • At least 2-3 years experience
