Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for the support of the technology product portfolio for new and existing customers.
You will also be responsible for dealer and end-user customer technical support, primarily over the phone and through Live Chat.
This position requires excellent listening skills, a calm demeanor, technical knowledge of electrical and electronic circuitry, and a willingness to work technical issues through to resolution. Includes answering questions regarding equipment installation, service, troubleshooting, website, and App navigation. Additional duties include assisting in the development of dealer and end-user reference material and training curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of relative experience
- Associates or Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Irrigation or other field related to production agriculture is preferred
- Must have the ability and personality to calmly de-escalate tense situations in the field and on the phone
- Effectively communicate technical solutions, ideas, and questions
- Ability to work in a team environment to balance high call volume and multiple priorities
- The ability to clearly communicate technical information to colleagues and customers

- Precision agriculture experience
- Customer Service experience
- Understanding of various crops and farming practices
