This person will be writing scopes of work, managing small project budgets, will be putting together schedules so someone with some computer skills is preferable.

This person will be preparing tanks for inspections and developing safe work plans for their subcontractors. This person will need to be okay with running projects in the field..

To develop project scopes, and then supervise, coordinate and manage multiple construction, repairs and maintenance projects. Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as on-site representative related to operational, commercial, expansion, and development projects.
  • Provide preliminary work scope and budgeting details of assigned projects/work items.
  • Coordinate the bidding process to ensure competitive and effective costing.
  • Provide project management to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget.
  • Actively participate in the process to develop terminal objectives.
  • Advise senior management of progress toward objectives and develop strategies for necessary adjustments.
  • Recognize and promote ideas that provide safer, more efficient and cost effective operation.
  • Effectively interface with customer representatives, regulators, KM staff and others as required.
  • Create bid packages and scopes for contractors
  • Interact with contractors in selection process
  • Interact with contractors throughout construction
  • Manage budgets of multiple projects
  • Hands-on field management with full responsibility of capital projects
  • Interact with maintenance and operations during construction and completion of capital projects for smooth turnover to both departments
  • Meet deadlines set by sales and operations
  • Provide assistance to operations and maintenance department to ensure trouble free operation of terminal equipment
  • Assist maintenance with Safety Related Requests
  • Provide guidance to maintenance for solutions to Safety Team requests
  • Interact with operations, maintenance management and sales with a focus on safety and customer service.
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Regulations
