We're seeking a Talent Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Communications team that is passionate about people, loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company.

The Talent Marketing Specialist will develop and execute dynamic talent marketing programs to attract top talent to EquipmentShare. In this role, you will own and execute content strategy for the EquipmentShare Careers website, LinkedIn and other social channels with the goal of bringing qualified candidates into our recruitment pipeline in support of EquipmentShare's People First strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee a comprehensive talent marketing strategy that creates brand awareness and successfully draws qualified candidates to the top of the recruiting funnel through social media campaigns, eblasts, digital ad retargeting and SEO
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and EquipmentShare's internal recruitment team to generate applications, address recruiting challenges, improve the candidate experience and foster positive interaction between potential candidates and EquipmentShare
  • Own and execute channel recruitment content strategy for EquipmentShare's social media outlets, primarily LinkedIn, with input from a variety of stakeholders including HR, PR, product marketing, executive office and others. Analyze data to assess channel effectiveness for overall brand engagement
  • Serve as key stakeholder for EquipmentShare's Careers website and suggest improvements to maximize impact to potential applicants
  • Monitor external employment sites such as Indeed and Glassdoor; plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers and driving quality applicants to the EquipmentShare Career site
  • Determine and execute plans to increase brand recognition for EquipmentShare Careers for EquipmentShare's 140+ US locations. Utilize marketing techniques to articulate differentiated employment positioning for specific markets, leveraging the overall brand guidelines and EquipmentShare value proposition
  • Develop key messaging and content to support overall talent marketing and brand awareness strategy; build a repository of content, resources and assets for use in recruitment and corporate communications
  • Work with HR leadership to create and execute on paid and organic marketing campaigns that drive candidate pipelines and provide recommendations on optimizing talent sourcing
  • Maintain strong relationships and work closely with EquipmentShare's internal creative teams to develop collateral in support of both to employer and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Develop and deploy quality corporate content for the Careers website and social channels as needed
Other Responsibilities
  • Support corporate PR outreach by promoting and driving community awareness of a variety of initiatives such as philanthropic campaigns, corporate wellness events and STEM outreach programs
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to promote a positive candidate-to-associate transition
About You

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, PR or another similar field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in marketing, human resources or corporate communications
  • Proven experience delivering results in employer branding/recruitment marketing
  • Experience working with digital advertising, social recruitment and content strategies to support recruitment efforts
  • Superior writing and presentation skills
