System Test Manager

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 supplier within the Automotive domain in Detroit, Michigan. This opportunity allows for the opportunity to work with numerous Automotive clients in the project domains of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) which is a step towards an Autonomous Drive future.

The successful candidate is required to have a strong knowledge/experience in Automotive Testing, strong knowledge of C++ programming language, some familiarity with AUTOSAR framework and also familiarity with ADAS systems.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Test Engineers on different projects to test components and systems before implementing these with customers, responsibilities below:

• System and Software Test strategy
• System & Software Test planning
• System & Software Test Coordination
• Test reporting

• System Test bench experience
• Vehicle testing experience
• Test automation experience
• ASPICE methodology knowledge
• Team and people management experience
• Distributed team management experience
