WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Development of concepts for the integration of weapons and optoelectronic systems
Preparation and review of overall system and subsystem specifications
Analysis and evaluation of changes for system compatibility under consideration of standards and laws
Execution of requirements analyses as well as internal design reviews
Creation and coordination of work packages for subcontractors and internal departments
Interface to internal and external stakeholders with regard to technical and project-related issues
Coordination and documentation of integration and verification activities
Support in the preparation of status meetings and system safety working groups
Participation in / execution of commissioning, testing and acceptance activities
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. with focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology
Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical/electronic developments
Technical qualification in automation or systems engineering
Experience in defense or military service environment advantageous
Basic knowledge of safety-oriented development
Strong knowledge of optoelectronic systems
Very good command of written and spoken English
Interest in weapons technology, its automation and the defense sector
Interest in actively shaping customer-oriented development results
Independent and structured way of working
High degree of initiative and flexibility
Willingness to travel occasionally on business
