Job Overview

SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions North America is currently searching for an experienced Supply Chain Design Engineer to support our CMS and ES businesses. This position will lead our supply chain network analysis integrated locations, volumes and financials to enable a strategic advantage in the market. This person will continuously develop and implement a synergized supply chain that exceeds customer expectation. The production of water purification and treatment is a growing business which addresses the ever-increasing need for clean water.

Essential Responsibilities:

Continuously develop and implement our North America Supply Cain Network strategy.
Meet operations financial targets as tracked through key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks including but not limited to productivity, operating income, revenue, margins, inventory, cash flow, growth and deflation/inflation.
Ensure supply chain capacity goals are achieved and assure activities are following company, regulatory and safety guidelines.

Enable and enhance our processes, software and data for inbound, interplant and outbound logistics.
Develop supply chain mapping to ensure route optimization.
Engaging cross functionally with business partners in North America to optimize our supply chain.
Work with cross functional teams to support the supply chain needs and improvement initiatives locations, logistics, supplier and customer locations.
Interact closely with other functional areas to support process development, design for supply chain, and design transfer activities.
Develop implementation plans with key stake holders.
Experience with the implementation of network optimization information systems.
Integrate Suez's system and data set to enable a continuous improvement platform.
This position entails professionalism and independent judgment, and the overall ability to work with employees in all areas of the organization.
Proven interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Communication skills, both oral and written.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
