Job Overview

Looking for the next generation of custom home builders from within or outside of the industry. Willing to train the right candidate that is unsure of how to break into this industry. Will teach order of operations, trade knowledge, how to build a home from the ground up, to take an empty lot and to leave with a client's vision of their perfect custom residence.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is good at managing and motivating people, has a lot of knowledge about their area of work and is able to perform multiple tasks at the same time. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for making sure that construction activity continues at a fast pace and that projects are completed within set time limits, budgets and quality standards. Assistant Superintendent responsibilities will vary depending on the type of project but generally include planning, budgeting and scheduling. You should have strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, contractors and site engineers in order to ensure all work is carried out on schedule and according to plan.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
