Responsibilities / Job Description:

Candidates will be responsible for taking a project from estimation, and negotiation, through build to completion.

Manage a team of project engineers and superintendents on site as well as subcontractors.

Periodically they go into the field and look at projects.

Experience with scheduling.

Involved in the bidding process.

Putting together contracts for the bid.

Work with and manage vendors/subcontractors.

Estimating experience is a plus.

The candidate will be working with change orders and RFI's.

Anyone who has built a strong network in the healthcare CM world.
