The ideal candidate must have experience in Multi-Family community building; Garden/Wrap/High-rise/Mid/rise/podium construction projects (200+ units).

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Be responsible for scheduling, contract negotiations, and project oversight for property construction
• Be responsible for the safety conditions on site as well as ensuring compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations
• Track and monitor construction progress through site reports
• Ensure project costs are aligned with approved budgets; review contractor invoices and change order requests

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience with multi-family projects ranging from $10M - $100M
• 3+ yrs of experience within Podium, Urban / High-Density, and Multi-Family communities

Perks:

• Salary - $130K-$160K
• Annual Bonus - 10%-20%
