Description:

The superintendent is directly responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing field activities on Commercial construction projects ranging from 50 - 100 million. The superintendent supervises crews and equipment, coordinates installation of all trades work and ensures project schedule is met. This position reports directly to the Sr. project manager.

Suretrack or Primavera p3 is a big plus as that is what they use for scheduling.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Minimum is 5 years - 12 years' experience cross section would be preferred meaning higher education, institutional, airports, interiors, and medica on the General Contracting sidel. 15 million dollar jobs minimum

Must have experience with demolition, excavation, concrete, piling, structural concrete, and structural steel.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety required.

Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.
