Job Overview

USD100,000-USD120,000 + Plan/schedule construction project activities to meet deadlines. + Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports. + Interpret plans and contract terms to all parties. + Direct/supervise all construction and workers/ + Apply for and obtain all necessary permits or licenses. + Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans. + Develop/implement environmental protection programs. + Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions. + Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities and systems. + Develop/implement quality control programs. + Implement new/modified plans in response to delays, bad weather and construction site emergencies. + Contract or oversee craft work. + Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. + Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. _MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
