Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience. Most of projects are tenant improvements so really helpful if candidate has previous TI experience.

Job Description and Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings

Ability to assist with scheduling of subcontractors and the oversight of subcontractors

Will be working in an ongoing open facility

Clean room, mission critical, medical projects

Will be leading and coordinating work

Will be leading subcontractors - about 3-8 diffrent subs on an interior TI project

Coordinating and contracting subs via email/phone call

Will be using a software Kahua for document controls. Likely use some Bluebeam as well

Ensuring construction site is clean and clear debris

Maintains positive attitude and is reliable

Strong attention to detail and great communicator

Character is everything for this individual
