Responsibilities

Responsible for the investigation and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for the purpose of resolving claims and legal disputes. Assignments may include foundation settlement investigations, structural assessments, storm related damages, site evaluations, sub-surface investigations and vibration analysis as well as preparing oral and written reports that document causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation. In some cases, you may also provide opinions and expert testimony. Other duties include gathering photographic evidence, conducting investigations to document onsite conditions and oversight of field-testing

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture and higher.

P.E. required for engineers.

6+ yrs. of experience.

Project Management and/or Field Investigation desired.
