Job Details

A diversified architectural and consulting firm in Encinitas, is seeking a motivated associate for full time employment. Ideal candidate will have a background in both architecture and construction; and will be able to assist our team in varying capacities including preparation of construction drawings and specifications for a variety of commercial and residential reconstruction projects, 3D graphics/ exhibits, building department submittals, property and construction observations/ investigations, etc.

• Minimum 3 years Architectural Office Experience
• Technical Drawing & Graphic Design Skills with Proficiency in Revit, Sketch up & Photoshop
• Ability to work both Independently and in Collaborative Team Environment
• Exceptional Communication, Project Management, and Problem Solving Skills
• Experience Coordinating Project Consultants
• Experience with Building Codes and Drawing Submittals to Regulatory Agencies
• Highly Organized with Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to Manage Multiple Assignments
• North County Resident preferred
