The Structural Coordinator will oversee the timely request and uploading of all engineer letters and affidavits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Request formal letters from engineering groups in a timely manner and follow up on any delays.
Proficient uploading of all letters and affidavits to our partner engineering platforms.
Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Provide professional and courteous communication to vendors, partners and fellow Trinity staff.
Qualifications & Experience
2 or more years construction background.
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. experience is preferred.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
