A self storage manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Communicating with clients about rates and promotions, answering questions about rental terms and conditions, and resolving any customer service issues that arise during their interactions with the company.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility including maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the property is secure at all times, U-Haul rentals, etc.
Training staff on security procedures and best practices for interacting with customers.
Conducting regular inspections of the facility to ensure it is clean and well maintained.
Maintaining records of all transactions and activities related to facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and insurance coverage
Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Ensuring that all customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility including accepting goods into storage, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the property is secure at all times.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
