Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems Division is seeking to fill multiple Staff Positions in support of the Integration & Test (I&T) Department located in Gilbert, Arizona.
These are Staff positions supporting Program management roles on one or multiple programs across the portfolio's supported at the Gilbert site. Successful candidates will clearly demonstrate strong leadership skills to achieve a sustainable top performance. She/He will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders and customers. This candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics, integrity, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business. Demonstrated abilities to build diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement, including mentoring and coaching, are a must.
Roles & Responsibilities for the I&T Staff Role:
Salary Range: $118,000 USD - $145,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Roles & Responsibilities for the I&T Staff Role:
- Assist the I&T Program Manager in:
- Day to Day execution of the programs
- Technical advisor to I&T team (Engineers / Technicians)
- Task assignment & leadership to Test Engineers & Technicians
- Support CAM roles & responsibilities (includes EVMS)
- Support all review boards, tiger teams, RCCA investigations, deep dives, and pre-milestone reviews.
- Serve on and participate in program MRR, PDR, CDR, TRR as required
- Provides Problem Solving Expertise and capability to mentor the team in problem solving skills
- Support Metrics for Quality, Schedule, Cost and Productivity for the Test Area. Continuous Process Improvement
- Delegate of Authority to I&T Program Manager in His/Her absence
- Bachelor in Science Degree in any of the STEM disciplines with 12 years of experience, OR 10 years of experience with a Master's degree
- 5+ years minimum in Space system/Satellites industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working within Integration & Test organizations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and technical presentation experience
- This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelor in Science Degree in any of the STEM disciplines
- 13 years minimum in Aerospace/Satellites industry
- Minimum of 5 years of proven demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Extensive experience within Integration & Test organizations
- Familiarity/experience with CAM roles & Responsibilities
- Experience leading cross-functional organizations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and technical presentation experience
