Our scale-out, software defined, distributed system provides the data service at the heart of Project Astra. - A track record of strong technical and people leadership - people want to work for and with you
- Participate and lead the technical design and development of new features & new products
- Ability to find paths forward under pressure and to prioritize competing demands
- Proven success working with broader organizations on full stack solutions and software security development practices
- Strong track record of hiring, growing, and nurturing cohesive, high performing development teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with C++, C, or Python and Distributed Systems
- Experience building system level products - enterprise storage appliances are the perfect match, but other industries could include networking, operating systems, security, telecommunications, and database systems
- Experience with software security feature development and security development lifecycle
- 6+ years experience leading teams developing enterprise products in a high-growth, fast-paced system software engineering company
- 10+ years hands-on software development experience
