Conducts installation, preparation, and check out of ICBM or SLBM reentry vehicles and payload reentry systems.

The successful candidate will support Flight and Ground Test system level testing as a Configuration Analyst for payload reentry systems. Responsibilities will include:
• Providing the documentation, technical implementation, and configuration for payload reentry systems as part of a missile launch support system
• Performing reentry vehicle build up, general maintenance, test and checkout
• Supporting mass properties testing of reentry vehicles
• Performing integration of reentry vehicles as part of a payload reentry system and preparing for flight test
• Participating in technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers (internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program deliverables.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
- Occasional non-standard hours work will be required during test preparation and execution activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or 8 years experience with an Associates degree in field related to Reentry Vehicle maintenance, nuclear weapons maintenance or related similar field.
- Must be have a DoD Secret level security clearance adjudicated in the last 5 years prior to commencement of employment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
- Works well in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Typical Minimum Education or Experience: 10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters
- Bachelors degree waived with Associates degree in related field with 8 years ICBM or SLBM Reentry Vehicle maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading maintenance teams in build-up, preparation, test
- Experience in ICBM or SLBM flight test
- Test report writing and documentation experience
- A current DoD Top Secret or DoE Q security clearance, to include a Single Scope Background Investigation, a periodic reinvestigation, or an original adjudication date completed within the last 5 years

Salary Range: $103,900 USD - $155,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
