Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr Principal Engineer Supplier Quality. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrence (GBSD) program
This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll Get To Do:
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation that implements the GBSD Enterprise and Program Supplier Quality Assurance Plan, policies, procedures, & tools required to support Program pre-award & Day1 Tasks as well as infrastructure needs. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for SQA oversight activities for suppliers and subcontractors of hardware developed/manufactured/assembled/tested for GBSD.

- Creating process health, progress and stability metrics
- Supplier Quality Assurance oversight activities of hardware developed/manufactured/assembled/tested for GBSD
- Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs.
- Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Science degree with 9 years of related experience; OR a Master's Degree with 7 years of related experience; OR a PhD with 4 years of related experience.
- Ability to obtain a Secret (S) security clearance
- Experience in developing and/or implementing Supplier Quality Assurance plans.
- Experience in metric development for process health and/or performance monitoring
- Experience prioritizing tasks or meeting deadlines
- Liaison between local personnel, suppliers, or customer workforce
- Experience in evaluation, trace, and/or analysis of requirements
- Experience in leading a team of Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers
- Experience in Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design, construction, or sustainment
- Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for a large program/supplier-base.
- A current/Active Secret clearance
