Description:

Key Responsibilities


Responsible for assisting with customer service, shipping, planning, purchasing and inventory control.


Key Deliverables of the Position


Receiving and shipping of goods

Accurate maintenance of inventory

Understand product lines and quote prices, invoicing and coordinating outbound shipments

Closing work orders

Communication with customers regarding general technical inquiries, orders and customer's needs

Prioritizes job orders for production

Responsible for purchasing supplies needed

Coordinate customer requirements with shipping and prepare documentation when required.

Processing of cores

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school desired, or a minimum of one to three years of related experience and/or training.


Preferred Technical Competencies


Familiarity with PC's and Microsoft Office Applications

Experience with ERP systems

Must be able to read and write English, count accurately

Basic mathematical skills

Experience with invoicing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Data Entry Skills

Understanding of Inventory control

Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) desired
