You will wok as a Sr. Construction Project Manager for a New York based company that is expanding its Phoenix, AZ Operation. In this role you will oversee and grow newer Phoenix location for a successful and growing New York based Design/Build firm that has clients throughout the U.S. In this role you will be responsible for Construction Management for new (60%) and TI (40%) projects for fitness centers, restaurants, retail for projects typically in the 1M to 10M range. You will set and oversee schedules, management of sub-contractors and work with Construction superintendents as well as building owners and representatives.

This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE position based in Phoenix, AZ with occasional travel to California and Nevada,

10 years experience in Construction Management, Sr. Project Management skills, Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar preferred but not mandatory
Experience overseeing and managing new (60%) and TI (40%) commercial projects including fitness centers, restaurants and retail facilities projects in the 1M-10M range
Experience and proficiency in scheduling, process ad quality oriented, reading and interpreting blueprints/construction documents, working with and supervising sub-contractors, owners group/representatives, meeting schedules and delivering high quality
Strong communication skills,, highly motivated, ability to work independently, strong business development skills and ability to grow the Phoenix operation
