The Sprinter Certified Technician will have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to grow into a leadership position. Experience is a must! We are a very busy dealership with a steady workflow, an experienced service team, and a very up-to-date facility. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for very competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations
Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
Inspect vehicles according to the state's requirements for emissions and safety
Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for company records
Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer/dealership standards
Keep current with new technical information and technology by attending required/recommended manufacturer training
Qualifications:
3+ years of years prior automotive repair experience required
A strong focus on Customer Service
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record
