Currently we are looking for multiple Special Inspectors for various Building & Infrastructure projects in and around New York, NY.



Preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or relevant.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience inspecting construction work in the city of NY, varied in Size and complexity.
  • Familiarity with NYC building codes and compliance.
  • Recent training in: fall protection, scaffolding and ladders, work-zone safety, & minimum of 10-hour OSHA construction safety.

  • ICC Commercial Mechanical
  • CWI Certified Welding Inspector
  • ICC Structural Welding Inspector
  • ICC Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector
  • ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector
  • MSI Master of Special Inspections
  • ACI Aggregate
  • OSHA 30



Qualified professionals will also have:

  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide inspection reports in a timely manor
  • Reliable means of transportation & valid driver's license
  • Willingness to obtain additional certifications
  • Works well with a team and individually
  • Familiarity with construction industry codes
  • High School diploma or equivalent
